I had booked some rakhis to India this year 2011, as rakhi is on Aug 13th I had placed my orders approx. 30 days before but today is rakhi day and my order is still not delivered, Calling the customer care is a big hack only one girl answers the phone calls and no matter what u tell her she will just keep on apologizing.
They don’t even have proper information about the courier company that will deliver the package.
Totally confused, useless, fraud site.
