An extremely poor Customer Support

I regret placing an order on Indiaplaza. This is one of the worst online purchase experience. I ordered an Electric Cooker vide order no I23011300547 on 23rd January 2013. The shipment date displayed on site was 27th Jan. However till 4th Feb there was no update. I raised a ticket which was registered and also I recd the confirmation. However still no response.


I raised another ticket on 7th Feb and after no response raised another query. Till today there is no call/sms/mail to address the issue. The contact number is always engaged and in queue for 20 min. This is really ridiculous paying upfront and not knowing the status of product. I have no option but to raise a complaint with consumer forum if this is not delivered.

We did try to source the item from various suppliers. Unfortunately, we are forced to cancel the item due to non availability.Refund processed on 5th March reference # 201301231891244 and the amount is expected to be credited to your account in the next 7 to 10 working days depending upon inter-bank procedures.You are important to us!
