I regret placing an order on Indiaplaza. This is one of the worst online purchase experience. I ordered an Electric Cooker vide order no I23011300547 on 23rd January 2013. The shipment date displayed on site was 27th Jan. However till 4th Feb there was no update. I raised a ticket which was registered and also I recd the confirmation. However still no response.
I raised another ticket on 7th Feb and after no response raised another query. Till today there is no call/sms/mail to address the issue. The contact number is always engaged and in queue for 20 min. This is really ridiculous paying upfront and not knowing the status of product. I have no option but to raise a complaint with consumer forum if this is not delivered.
