I ordered a symphony kaizen jr air cooler for my home on 11th Jan 2013 and delivery date was 19th Jan 2013. I supposed to take air cooler to my home by 25th Jan but because of non delivery I could not able to take it.. indiaplaza people doesnt respond anything regarding status.. no mails, no message.
If I call also there ll be long waiting period even then I dont get.. Once my call was received and the executive said it ll be delivered to me on or before 23rd Jan but still no reply from them. Even I registered a ticket and they responded to me saying your ticket is registered and we will get back to you. but again no reply.. That was an automated reply think so.
What I should do I dont know so, in the same ticket I updated to them saying deliver the item or else refund the amount. Please help regarding this. Full payment of Rs. 5000/ is paid on the 11th Jan only... Order No: I11011300303.
