Don't buy anything from indiapalza the are frund..

I regret placing an order on Indiaplaza. This is one of the worst online purchase experience. I ordered an Nova Ceiling Fan N-132 vide order no I29011300064 on 29th January 2013. The shipment date displayed on site was 7th Feb. However till 12th Feb there was no update. I raised a ticket which was registered till today there is no call/sms/mail to address the issue.


The contact number is always engaged and in queue for 20 min. This is very worst customer service and there is no guarantee to deliver the product on time.and refunded the amount after 50 days..
