Poor service standards

I booked an item, ID 2712I200152 on 27th Dec ’12. The shipping time is supposed to be 5-7 days. This was changed to 3rd then 7th Jan ’13. I had to ask for a reason for the delay. The response I received was silly - regarding large volumes of orders. If Indiaplaza cannot handle volumes during the festive season, that should be their problem and not the customers.


To make matters worse, each time I have called their helpline, I have had to wait over 30 minutes - clearly, Indiaplaza has a lot of unsatisfied customers. The lady who attended my call on the helpline on 8th was extremely condescending - they need to look at training staff instead of going for the cheapest hire.


I regret having placed an order on Indiaplaza.
