I don’t know what type of service Indiaplaza is providing nowadays. Is there any plan to close this website, is that the reason the service has become such a pathetic one. I have placed an order on 24th December, 2012, and why I inquire about this today(7th Jan 2012), I get to know "Oops looks like we’ve missed our Expected Shipping Date. As per the latest information from our warehouse, this item is expected to ship out on 15-Jan-2013"


Previously, I have got a mail a mail on 2nd Jan, 2013 saying"


Due to some unforeseen circumstances, your shipment for order placed with us on 24-Dec-2012 has been delayed. The issue is being sorted out and we are going to ship the order latest by 05-Jan-2013.


Our sincere apologies for the delay and inconvenience caused."


But now I get to know this.


What kind of service/mismanagement is this? If they don’t have the ability to provide the item why don’t say it upfront, rather than making the customer wait.


Indiaplaza should be banned for making such false promises.
