Last month I got trapped by an ad for a product while surfing the net.Tempted or is it fooled, I went on to buy it and landed up in this site. I have already been gypped once before( it was a gift thro’ some scheme) by these guys but the price and the availability blinded me to go to these guys again. I thought the first time could have been an aberration and this time I would get the product. Alas, a thief is always a thief. Having not received the product for more than three weeks, I checked up their website and found that the notice was the payment wasnt approved by my bankers. Okay, I thought something could have been wrong and it could be true. Today I received the statement from the bank saying the payment has been made. Went to the Indiaplaza site again to check, but mysteriously there is no record of my order or payment. There is an option to complain, but you have to mention the order no: which has been deleted conveniently! Masterstroke by the thieves. In the end a lesson learnt after losing my money.
