I Ordered Canon Camera on 30-Jun-2012 with Order No - I30061279093.As mentioned in the website, it should have been delivered in 5 working days. On 5th July I called Customer Care and they told me that the current Status is ’Ready to Ship’ and the item will be delivered tomorrow (i.e. 6th July).
I have ordered above Camera to Gift someone on 7th July, but I didn’t received my product till now and still the status is ’Ready to Ship’. I think there is a huge problem in their ’Ship’
I have requested IndiaPlaza to Cancel my order as I don’t require above product anymore and return my money.Still waiting for their response.
