I am extremely dissatisfied with the way things have been handled. My order was canceled at the last moment (after 4 days when it is supposed to ship in 3 days)and that too when i had to repeatedly ask for the status. I had to undergo a lot of hassle and trauma arranging for alternate delivery at the last moment.
Even with the refund i have been told that the process has been initiated on 25th November itself. Again i was told on 3rd December that the amount would be credited in 5-6 working days.
It has already been more than 10 working days and yet the amount has not been credited. Despite my repeated requests to talk to a senior person in the organization, i have not been given the contact.
If the amount does not get credited by tomorrow (17 December) into my account, i will have no option but to take recourse to consumer court. It should be ashamed of running a company like this.
