Order taken but no response , pathetic service

I had booked an Nokia Lumia 820 vide order no. I08021300027 but have not received the same till now even though at the time of booking they had stated that it would be delivered in 7 days. Raised queries on the website vide ticket no. CNT1702130093 but there is no response , even though I get an email stating that they will respond . Tried calling up their customer support no. but it says the no. is under maintenance .


How can a customer support no. be under maintenance for so many days ?


I am seriously worried about the site whether they are genuine in their dealings with customers.
