I ordered a toy laptop for rs.399 but the order got stuck up in the middle and when I checked the status it stood "cancelled" then the site didn’t work. After sometime I got back, but saw another one better that which cost rs.699 and I went for that one.
After 4 days, they shipped me the first one but mentioning the second toys name and price in the bill. I got shocked and wrote to them, its been a week and no reply from them in spite of multiple emails from my side. They dont care anything about their customers.The worst thing when I checked my credit card statement, I have been charged for both items. Atleast they should have sent me both the toys, but they didn’t do it now I stand at loss of rs. 699.
Please don’t buy anything in this site.
