I ordered books worth 11K from Indiaplaza and it has been one month I’ve not received them.
I’ve raised 3 online ticket from their website.none has been addressed!
I tried calling them many times, mostly I have to wait for around 10mins before getting connected. AFter connecting they promise to act on my order but no follow ups. Now they are also not refunding my money.
PLEASE NEVER NEVER USE THEM! THEY SUCK!
