Absolutely the worst shopping experience!

I ordered a very expensive Conjeevaram sari from this place for my mother. This was a mistake. More than a month later it has still not shipped and there is no delivery date (although the website stated that the sari would ship in 3 days). Absolutely the worst shopping experience I have ever had. India Plaza gives Indian stores a bad name.


I am right now trying for a refund. However, it is impossible to get anyone on the phone line. Similarly, emails are not responded to in a timely fashion. This is a fraud operation. Avoid! I am going to contact my credit card company for a refund and file with the BBB.


On the plus side, the website is nice and easy to navigate. That’s what got me to go the store in the first place!


Again, I reiterate, this is the worst shopping experience of my life. Please do not shop at Indiaplaza.com
