Amazingly pathetic

Well to put it simply. INDIAPLAZA SUCKS. I can’t say I am the biggest customer of Indiaplaza.in, but I have still spent over 5k in shopping with Indiaplaza.in over a few months. Initially all the items were delivered to me on time. When I finally decided to order a pair of Nokia Bluetooth headsets, I was made to wait 14 days before I was told that they were still not ready for delivery. I had to pester customer services repeatedly, when I finally lost my patience I asked for a refund which is still pending one week later. I think indiaplaza.in needs to sit down and have word with its programming team(if not fire them).


The order number for the blue tooth headsets was 230820071222(I believe corporates also read the reviews). Anyway so after waiting for a really long time I had to purchase the headsets locally, I had also used a discount coupon to buy the headsets but I really don’t care if I get a refund for that because I will never use indiaplaza.in again. If you are thinking to yourself ‘probably a one time incident’ then listen to this. On 13th August 2007(order number 130820070659), when the book did not reach me till the 25th I sent a mail to customer services who informed me that the book had been returned to me ‘due to insufficient address’, I have received INTERNATIONAL packages on my home address and this is the first time in my life I have heard of a courier company returning a package without even calling me up on my mobile.


Anyway, I mentioned to indiaplaza.in that I was willing to receive the package in spite of the delay, after a few more mails on 20th September(today) I was informed that the book was now out of stock. I don’t really believe in co-incidences but if you don’t find something really ironic about the whole situation let me know. Unfortunately there is no negative start system on this site or I would have given indiaplaza.in a negative rating. I have been a member of mouthshut for over 1 year now, lets see if mouthshut can get my message across to the inidaplaza.in.


Oh and before I go, it has been over one week now no refund for my Bluetooth headsets yet.
