I bought from them again after many years and I thought I was going to get cheated too after reading all the reviews here and elsewhere. They promised this nice Fujifilm C20 at a competitive price and I remembered a smooth indiaplaza deal years ago so I bought from them again and now after reading all your reviews its making me sick and negative. My mistake was that I assumed it would be OK this time as the last experience was positive.

Called them thrice. A Rohit Rao at the other end promised me that it will be shipped in the evening. That never happenned That was 4 days ago. Then again the next day when I called it was some guy with a Muslim name I couldn’t recall. Then a girl’s voice yesterday promised the same thing like to everybody else.
Update :-
10th December 2011 ... finally the shipped email message arrived in my inbox. We’ll see if the tracking number really works in a few days because it doesn’t work right now, and FirstFlight, Iplaza’s partner courier notorious for being the most phaltoo courier in India takes two weeks to deliver packages even between 200 kms. I hope this deal passes through smoothly without incident.
Update 15th December 2011:
Merchandise finally arrived and works great as promised, so I have changed my review of Indiaplaza to something a tad better. It can get frustrating and they need to pull up their socks with customer service and need more honest replies because as of now their customer service SUCKS but the products they sell don’t!! Well, at least for me.
