I got very bad experience while dealing with indiaplaza site. Everything I call to customer care I have to wait for 5-10 mins


I have so many communication with customer care team




  1. First time order was suppose to ship on 2nd Jan  and ticket is closed




  2. Then they mentioned over the call they mentioned that it will be on address before or on 10th Jan




  3. when called on 10th Jan they mentioned that due to issues not able to ship will be ship out on 16th Jan.




  4. on 17th called them then they mentioned that they are not able ship due to stock it will be ship out by 25th Jan. CNT1701130080






5.  Now they have raised one more ticket CNT0201130224


Problem is they are not allowing me to raise ticket online and closing ticket without issue is resolved (like politician one more promising date to me).
