IndusInd Bank Limited is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Since my prior review in 2016, they have come up a decent way. I won’t say they have come up a long way coz they still have lot of room to improve their net banking.
The loading time is still ain’t the best but a lot better than what it was in 2016.They now have the online submission for Form 15G/H
The GUI requires further improvement and at times, it logs off without any reason
