Am a corporate premium account holder and it is my advise that you stay away from Indusind Credit cards. The level of protection they offer against fraud is dismal. Customer support is a joke. Their support folks are not empowered to do anything and are trained to keep repeating the same few lines over and over again.
If you make online transactions regularly, just pray that you do not get cheated by a fraudulent merchant. Absolutely no protection. IndusInd’s advise is rather to you to’talk to the merchant’. If you are in a critical situation and your card does not work just when you need it the most, you are out of luck. The best advice their support can give(after an hour of going round and round) is’keep trying after some time’.
If this was USA, these guys could be sued. Unfortunately, in this country, the best you can do is avoid them.
