I placed two orders with multiple items per order on 20th Nov 2016. It was estimated to dispatch by 26th and deliver by 07/12. They delivered the items partially, some items were wrong! Surprising is that when I sent an email, no-one responded. I spoke to their customer care at least 6 times from then and they will apologise first, taken 2-3 days time to reverse pickup the wrongly delivered items and then cycle again! They do the same steps when you call them again. I suggest not to place an order with these guys, they are neither serious business people, or they have huge, huge volume which they cant handle. They dont even have time to respond to your emails.
