I had placed an order for a mobile on this site, reading that they are an authorised reseller for apple had given me coinfidence to purchase from them.
After ordering and making the payment online, the product wasn’t shipped for close to a month, I had tried mailing their customer support constantly but most of the time I didnt even receive a reply from them, tried calling their customer support and most of the time it doesnt even connect and they claim they are available 24/7, after almost one month, I had had enough and told them to cancel and process a refund for my order, and even for getting the refund they made me run around them. Never again am I going to order from them nor will I ever recommend them to anyone! And did I mention their UI design is so bad, so hard to find anythin.
