Today update 28/01/2017, again a failed promise of resolution within 24 hours, didn't even receive a call back
Yesterday I asked the customer support about the escalation matrix and he said he doesn't know, I was shocked to hear a reputed ecommerce site doesn't have a proper escalation matrix and when I asked him the contact of a grievance officer he said he doesn't have that information too
Continuation of Review they promise their ~ resolution team~ will call back within 24 hours and provide a resolution, but no one contacts after that, once they did call me and I explained them the whole thing and he too told me he will call back in 24 hours with a resolution and the next day I re read more...
