I placed an Order with Infibeam on 24th Jan, 2013 for a mobile phone worth Rs. 27100 (Order No. 10071542). Listing said it will be shipped within 24hrs. As soon as I placed the order the order details said it will be shipped by 26th Jan, 2013.
Though it was not as promised I still thought let it be. I kept waiting for its shipping till 26th Jan, 2013 afternoon but I didn’t see any update about anything. So finally I mailed them to cancel the order since it was not shipped in the timelines given. I got a prompt reply that they have sent the request for cancellation to concerned department. I even confirmed that on phone. Its been more than 24hrs since then and I still don’t see any response or order cancellation in my account online. Subsequent mails went unanswered.
I urgently need a new phone and I am not getting cancellation confirmation so that I can go buy a new phone from a retailer. I wish I had seen mouthshut before placing order. I am a regular customer at Flipkart and now I feel I should have stick to them only.
For any user who’s going to buy from Infibeam, please don’t, they don’t keep their own promises. I am done with them, just need to get my money back now.
