Finally I was provided GC at the end of last month. But when I tried to use it, it didnt work. Again the process of calls and mails started. I raised this issue in Feb, 2013 and its July, 2013 now. I bought a phone from them with which they didn't deliver freebies. I complained on Feb 9th, 2013 and till date I just keep getting calls from them every other day assuring of resolution but nothing concrete has come out of this so far, you can count the days yourself. @monojit87 I second your opinion. It is most probably not written by a real customer... Indiatimes atleast takes 10days to deliver even a Rs.100 thing, let alone IPhone 5...

I am another such victim. Though they post a comment on every review here they hardly do anything to rectify the issues faced by us. Really a scam like site run by such a reputed media house.

You are not alone. They hardly ever deliver freebies that come with products. I went through the same agony as you. Its been around 50 DAYS since I lodged a complaint with them for partial delivery and all they do is make false promises, keep buying time calling every other day, saying they are foll read more...

Its been a month since you guys are following up with you team. Just keep posting comments here to buy more time every couple of days but nothing concrete so far. Worthless tactics, more than 1.5months since I reported the issue and still no outcome at all... I have lost the hope for a solution now.
