This was my first time I ordered from infibeam order id is 8545823 (ipod shuffle). They delivered a used product I came to know this when I entered the serial number on apple’s website it showed that the product has been purchased 9 months ago and when I told the issue to their customer care and they arranged a pick up. 2-3 days after they called me and said that I’ve sent them a used one instead of the original one and they are sending back the same used product to me again. Moreover their bill was improper it never mentioned the serial number of the product on it.
Now I’m planning to go to consumer court. And guys beware of this site they are fake and cheats. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. I’m editing this review just to give some more info about this pathetic site they told me that they will ship the same used product to me but till date, it’s 16th Feb today I ordered it on 9th Jan, i have not received it back. Customer care is pathetic every time u call them they will say we will call u back but not once they called me back. Infibeam is a bunch of thieves.
Guys finally today on 29th Feb 2012, I received a brand new ipod shuffle after a month and half, but the excitement with which I ordered this product is gone now this has been a very bad shopping experience. I would never go for infibeam again.
