I think you dont have frnds i guess..let me tell i've a very large frnd circle and evryone is having a mobile phone and it shouldn't look odd that 2 of them had a micromax mobile.I think either you dnt have frnds or your frnds dont have mobiles...and i find it more odd.

same happened to me...sent me a used one and refused to change it telling me that i have replaced the one which they sent with a used one...bunch of thieves

they are like that only..they delivered a used product and when i told them they arranged pick up and then they said i sent them a used product instead of the one they sent me..they are a bunch of liars and thieves.

buddy go and check the serial number of the product on the website of the product may be they have delivered a used product to you like they did it to me.

ya dude you are right even m planning to go to consumer court.they delivered me a used product and when i asked for replacement they arranged a pickup and after that they called me and said i've sent them different product.and they are delivering me the same used product.Beware guys infibeam sucks t read more...

and u know if they will arrange a pickup after taking the product from u they will say u have replaced the original product with a fake one.That's what they did with me.

Even i had a experience like this they delivered a used product and when i aksed for replacement they picked back the product and they said that i've changed the product.
