I had ordered a book ( Order Number 10293010).
The status shows:
Mar 2, 2013 4:30:28 PM : Your order has been invoiced and ready for Packaging. Till date, the product has not been shipped. Every time I call them they say I will get the product in 2 days. Least I would expect is that they should send me an email confirming when it will be delivered. It should not be that I call every time to know what’s happening with the product after the promised delivery date even after money is taken.
Previously, I had ordered items from the website but had received the products in time. But I guess as competition is growing they have also started to lie about the delivery dates.
