I ordered "Kinect Star Wars XBOX 360 game" from Infibeam on 3th September 2012.

The order # is 9310605, which indicates shipment date is 6-September-2012. On 6th Sep, I saw shipment still not done. I called up Customer Service, they said they do not have stock. Now after 4 days, still no change in status, I called up Customer Service again, they said they will need one more week. I see the status of the product as "Out of Stock". If it was out of stock, then why was payment accepted. I sent an email on 6th but I did not get any reply for that email. Today I again sent an email and customer service says they need 2 days to reply to my email. I paid with Credit Card, but when I saw FAQ for cancellation and refund, they say they only give store credit.
This first impression of Infibeam is so negative, I will not open Infibeam even in my dreams.
