I have closed the account. Only on account closure, I received a reply from the service head requesting me to consider this event as a ’’one off incident’’. They also did not charge me account closure charge if account is closed before six months.

This is India. Upfront payment is like throwing money in the well. I had health insurance from these guys and continued for 2 years. Then I got quotation from Reliance.
