I paid for a Samsung Galaxy Spica on 28th of February. There was no response from them until 02 Mar, reason communicated to me that their office was closed on the account of HOLY. May be they are an employee friendly company so they prefer to close the store on account of public holiday. But definitely this will affect customer satisfaction especially a customer like me whose expectations are high.
I dont think any aspiring online business will completely close their store on holidays.
On march 2nd they asked me to upload my ID proof to verify my credibility(Trying to become more catholic than POPE). Do not forget that these process started after I paid for the item. Moreover how can I trust them when they are not trusting me, What is the guarantee that they wont misuse my identity proof.
On Wednesday I asked them for either shipping or canceling the same so that I can order it from somewhere else. Till now it is not shipped(Mar 3rd 5.30PM). Of-course I should also say that they may be able to deliver as per their promise (6-8 business day).
Update (Mar 3rd 9.00 PM)Item shipped and this has been communicated to me .
They may be sincere from their heart but that is not an added advantage for the business especially when they are compete-ting with who is who of online stores like ebay, amazon etc.
I will try to buy one more item from them and based on that experience I will update this review and may change my recommendation accordingly--

I have received the item in Bangalore within 24 hours of shipping it from Ahmadabad. That was really exceptional. As I promised earlier I have ordered one more item which require 16-22 days for shipment, may be because they have to import it. Let us see how this will come through, If I get it on-time without any follow-up I will be in a position to evaluate them in right way and provide final review.

I ordered for King Arthur Movie an I got "King Arthur THE YOUNG WARLOARD" . When I ordered item display had picture of original King Arthur DVD (I owned this DVD before my friend borrowed it forever) now mysteriously this is disappeared from their site.

They accepted the return of the DVD and agreed to credit the amount to my account.
I have ordered a book on march 22nd and delivery promise was 5-7 days. today I got following mail from them saying they are unable to deliver the item and will return the money. I decided not to order anything from them as it is not reliable...
