I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone on may 25th from Infibeam however found that prices are lower on other sites. They refused to do price match so I cancelled my order. Since May 27th, I am waiting for the amount to be credited back to my credit card. The customer service keeps telling that it will be done in next 2-3 days. They promise call back however from 10 customer service agents and 3 supervisors namely, Pawan, Alpesh, Rohan. No one called me back. I am not sure if I will get my money back ever. They keep saying its a issue with Payment gateway and it will be resolved soon.
I saw an advertisement in leading newspaper for Apple iPhone and there I first saw Infibeam. I though if apple is associating itself it with Infibeam, it must be good. To my utter surprise, they are the worst. I am so guilty that I did not read reviews before ordering.
I will never ever order anything from them and I will make sure no one from my family or friends use Infibeam. Can someone tell me what should I do next to get my money back from them. Does anyone has email or contact numbers for Infibeam management?

Talked to Customer service supervisors, Alpesh, Rohan, Pawan. They just keep saying it will be done in a day or two. Pawan even disconnected my call and never call back.
