I got my refund once I threatened to report them on Narendra Modi website, I told them Narendra Modi would not like Infibeam brining bad name to Gujarat, next day i got my refund.

I am also waiting for refund since 20 days. I am thinking to complain to Office of CM of Gujarat as they operate out of Ahmedabad.

Talked to Customer care supervisors Rohan, Pawan, Alpesh, etc. They all keep saying I will get my money back in 2 days and promise call backs etc. Trust me save yourself some time and money, Dont use Infibeam ever
