Update (Fri 24 Feb, 2012): InfiBeam.coms customer service contacted me 3 days after I posted the following review and refunded my whole money as credits. I really appreciate their effort for reaching out to customers via this site and resolving their problems.

I have never seen such a irresponsible online shop company and shameless customer service.
I live in london. I ordered 3 BookMyShow.com e-vouchers worth Rs.1500/- combined, to gift to my sisters (in India) on Rakhi festival. I gave my own email address for delivery and thought I would forward vouchers to my sisters later, to reduce the work of checking with them about the delivery. I received a "delivered" notification, but NEVER RECEIVED THE VOUCHERS! I called few time and asked the customer care to check the status, they said they will check with the vendor - BookMyShow.com company, but nothing happened! My email address couldnt be wrong because I received other notifications and order summary on the same email from infibeam. I kept checking my spam folders but nothing was there! :(
They crossed the heights of shamelessness when after sometime customer service said they cant follow up with the vendor! They didnt even refund my money.
Because of their irresponsibility and poor service, I couldnt gift anything to my sisters on time! :(
Worst experience ever!
Friends, never buy anything from InfiBeam.com. They are cheater and fraud!
