Update (Fri 24 Feb, 2012): InfiBeam.com's customer service contacted me 3 days after I posted the following review and refunded my whole money as credits. I really appreciate their effort for reaching out to customers via this site and resolving their problems.

Very Useful review. I have also had similar experience with infibeam. Btw, after you posted this review here, did they come to help you? Has the issue been resolved now? AnkushChadda, I haven't received any response on this so far from infibeam.com. Also, when they couldn't help me when I contacted them on their email addresss and customer care numbers, I dont expect them to help me through an external website ;) :D I have posted this here just to warn other on read more...
