When was the last time someone had to be admitted for 4 days for a kidney stone? My wife is still here while I type this.
This was once a great place but has deteriorated greatly now.
Three tests done and all have errors and nobody knows which one to follow.
Doctors, nurses, billing, nobody is in sync with others.
You will be waiting for hours in your room not knowing if and when someone is coming to see you, look at reports and suggest next steps.
Nurses too scared to call even the resident Doctor.
Doctor gives a list of items she should not eat and the hospital lunch had almost all those items. Absolutely no sync.
It is like a government office. There are some good guys but as a system they are dysfunctional.
Right now I am looking for whom to contact for help. Nobody around. Doctor has gone home. Resident Doctor will come ’sometime before 8’ and we cannot call. I am holding another report in my hand. Someone will look at it when, schedule next steps when, submit final bill when, discharge when, no clues.
Their website does not even have a feedback section and I don’t think anybody from there cares to look here.
