Bought a pair of gold metallic sandals, Carlton London brand from Jabong. Very poor quality. Not cheap so you can’t just leave it.Did’nt use it much but it started fraying & tearing in 2 months time. Wrote to Jabong with pictures showing the tearing etc., they wrote back immediately saying they would get back to me immediately but didi’nt hear from them since. Wrote back a couple of times asking for a reply but they were quite indifferent apart from sending me the stock reply saying they would get back to me. Neither Carlton London nor Jabong delivered in terms of customer satisfaction. Never again to both
