Matter was resolved. Money was returned, with many apologies. Satisfied
Have finally received the goods. But just not worth the effort. Will never shop at fabfurnish again & am very sceptical about online shopping again.
To follow up, I have recieved the goods except one, I think after seeing my reviews here. The above mail says 'I dont have to pay anything' - which is a joke, since I already have paid for it & they're not doing me a favour. Still awaiting the last part of my transaction to arrive.
