I purchased readymade garments 2 no.ladies kurtas and one T shirt from Jaipuri Rajai Rajasthani Bedsheet and Garment shop SHA-Ground floor Terminal 2 Jaipur 302029 0n 22nd June 2016 vide bill no.2266 for Rs 1700/-His contact nos are 9414265635 and 7737179921.The all garments were spurious and colour was coming out and fibres from T shirt.I complained to supplier telephonically about deffective garments and he told to return these and he will refund the full money alongwith courier charges.I sent back these garments by regd parcel on 24 th june which reached jaipur on 30 th June but did not delivered to him as the pin code given by supplier was wrong.The garments were returned by postal deptt back to me.I again complained to supplier that the pincode given by him was wrong so he asked me to send them again to him. I again sent these on 18 th july which he collected on 26 th july.He was given my account details through whatsap as well as letter with garments.He has not still refunded money to me and also received the garments even after so many follow ups.
