Buyers, beware of the PR guy of Ahad builders , Mr. Khalid. After you book the flat, u can witness his arrogancy up front, with no reply of emails even within a month, no cost breakup in the disbursement amount !! Thankfully the documentation is clear and Legal. But that point is only before u book the flat. Executing the project and answering the concerns of the customer is a vital point. Once the customer books the flat, he cant go out of the deal and that's when PR head takes you for granted. Any email read more...
