Flight on 23-Jan( Delhi -> Mangalore).
During Luggage check in; Jet Airways show very poor approach. All employees seems confused and making ping pong of customer.
Its even in urgency case when Flight about to depart in 30 minutes. No separate check in counters for Urgency cases. Employees much interested to argue with customers instead of solutions.
Due to same; Customers have to rush to Flight in very-very hurry( even with old age parents).
