Yatra will never answer this as they don't have any answer to their worst services. Same happened to me along with many other people. Yatra is fraud company. Never use its services.

Stop making false comments. Story during holidays will create more pain to you. There was no one in trip who was happy from Yatra.com Even hotels denied to most of us for any room booking. What was you doing with our money since 15 days ?
