Jagan Institute of Management popularly known as JIMS with many of its branches in parts of Delhi (Rohini, Kalkaji etc.) is a surely a wastage of money acc. to me. Its not that i’m saying this just for the heck of filling up this review but due to practical experience of my younger brother.
He was admitted through I.P. Univ. entrance in 2001 and was topper through out the B.B.A. course till its completion in 2004 (He has certificates and awards to support the claim).In the last semester their co-ordinator/placement incharge told that at least 10 top students from class will be recruited in a company which will come to campus soon, but that never happened.
When some parents complained about the false claims of bright career in their ad. the institue arranged the joint interviews for both BBA/MBA students in CALL CENTERS GIVING 6000 SALARY P.M. When students refused the co-ordinator told that his job was done now it’s their problem if they don’t wanna work in less salary.
When I called the co-ordinator Mr. Deepak Gupta he told me that it is that way in JIMS and never talked to me again.
Even the other core/visiting faculty had sympathy with students who shelled a huge sum for a useless degree.
Now the choice is upto you.................
