I’ve been using Jio for a long time, but lately, their service has become really bad. The network quality is poor, with frequent call drops, slow internet, and many areas with no coverage. It’s frustrating because I rely on my phone for work and staying in touch with family and friends.
To make things worse, Jio has increased their recharge prices. The new plans are too expensive for the service they are providing. It’s hard to understand why we have to pay more for a service that is getting worse. The good value Jio used to offer is disappearing.
I get that prices might need to go up sometimes, but this should come with better service. Unfortunately, that’s not happening with Jio. The service is getting worse while the costs are rising, making me feel cheated and unhappy.
Overall, with the poor network quality and high prices, it’s hard to recommend Jio right now. I hope Jio fixes these issues and offers better service and fair prices to their customers.
