I have been using Jio internet for a long time, it works very slow in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Whenever I approach jio people say many customers are using from the same area that is why the internet works slow. How it’s a customer problem they are taking money from all the customers and they promise customers to provide high-speed internet.
People chose Jio because they trust Jio works everywhere but it works dead slow and data exhausts even the internet does work well.
Even simple websites also won’t open, every time new executive contacts us and asks the same question but they don’t resolve. Even they don’t read customer emails and they just give us false reasons for poor internet.
