I had taken a ride back home from relatives home last night it costs me Rs. 264. It costs me more than normal fare due to surge on the fare so I had to pay more than a normal fare it was really inconvenient for me to pay more. The cashback offers are also not so good in comparison with other taxi services where we get a good bonus for joining the app. Otherwise the ride was okay but the driver has taken a long route that’s why the ride has taken a bit more time to get completed. Overall experience was fine one of the driver denied to go to the place which I wanted to go because he said he won’t find any other fare in that locality so I was a little disappointed but when I booked another auto it accepted my request.
