Recently I had bought a DELL Vastro 1015 laptop from Micro Land computers in Koramangala as per the Just Dial recommendation.
Initially customer interaction was good and bought a laptop. There is a recovery tool in DELL to get the back up of the data and Operating system, which was installed on the Laptop. That recovery tool was not working when checked at home to make the back up of all the data. I called Micro Land computers for help and they insisted me to get the laptop to their shop (25 KMs from my area). They told me to come back after 2 days just make it work, so I agreed and visited the shop after 2 days. I was surprised to see my laptop, they just uninstalled that particular application and installed in front of me and for this they took 2 days and I wasted my time to travel to Koranmanagala to and fro from my area.
I had written a review about the Micro land computers about the above issue in Just Dial web site. Later I got a call from Micro land about the same and here again he asked me to come to his shop. But for my surprise, I have checked Just Dial website about my review for Micro Land computers but my review was not there. This is the way they fool the people with show casing only good reviews and they won’t publish the bad reviews at all. People should be careful dealing with the Just Dial recommended companies because you won’t get any assurance once their sales are over. There concentration is only on sales not on customer satisfaction. This will definitely hit the Just Dial some other day and we need to wait for that without any hope.
