Just dial isn’t a company one should trust. I had been using just dial in the past. It was fine till I was buying. however when I had a problem due to fake supplier who cheated me, just dial refused to take any action or investigate. They told me they can’t do anything and the vendor with his listing will keep looting people with the reference of Just Dial.! I suggest people to be very careful and never allow people suggested by just dial people to enter your house even for repairs. they could be thieves, scammers or even murderers! Use your local source or shops. but never just dial.
