I have never come through company like Justdial.com. To get business they will do anything for you in verbal, but the moment you give them assignment/order next day they refused to recognize the person.
Worst was when we called the same executive very next day, he simply said he has left the company , so he cant help. We gave our company’s classified for Interiors and Designers, and they took 31473 INR rs for 6 months listing, but the next day they didnt recognize us.
And when the listing was uploaded , it was in building contractors instead of interiors section and then they bugged me by sending false no to my cellphone. Till now am struglling to get the things in right section but no one to sort the matter.
In our new business we have wasted 31473/- JUST trusting on JUSTDIAL. Its waist , would not recommend to anyone. Total waste of time and money. They did promise and came minimum 15 times to our office for order but the day cheque was credited in there account there was no information from their side in regard to listing. They did bla bla promises but all cheat.
