I dont think so. My parents installed Zicom Electronic Systems at home 8 month ago and till now there is no complaint from the product. Service engineer had called 3-4 times to get the feed back on performance. What is this Mr saying.....seems like FIGHTING is main interest of him, or probably he ex read more...
