Decent product so far, but the service is worst

I bought a KTM 60 from a local dealer in Feb 2017 and I had to install it myself as there was no support for the installation from the company. Unfortunately the grill and oven wasn’t working and I registered a complaint on 17th June. I got a guy visited my home on 29th and asked for the invoice copy, he wasn’t happy with the warranty card. He said some component inside is missing and shall comeback with the same after receiving the invoice. He didn’t turn back, multiple calls were made to the technician and even the customer care. This is the 4th week, just sent an email to the customer care.


Guess they are only capable of selling the product, the service is a question. Check for other brands before you choose KAFF.


I’m yet to use the oven and grill and hence my review about the product at this point of time may not be right.
