Kent is a leading Indian healthcare products company that provides a wide range of healthcare products like air purifiers, vegetable and fruit purifiers, water purifiers etc. I was looking for a good RO+ UV water purifier as the water at my home showed a TDS level of 230 which is quite high. Though I was initially quite confused to go with which brand of purifier but after checking out the product websites and reviews, I was quite impressed with the product specifications and reviews for Kent Ace Mineral RO TM 7 L RO+ UV+UF Water Purifier.
I got this product for a good deal price through Flipkart during one of their discount sales. I’ve been using this filter for around three months now and all I can say is that I deeply regret my decision to choose Kent Water Purifier over other brands. Flipkart delivery was quick and smooth. However, I had to call them multiple times to arrange someone for installation. Kent technician came within one or two days after placing the request with Flipkart.
Within two months of purchase, this filter has started giving me problems. I don’t know if it’s because of a faulty motor but anyway the purifier has stopped working completely now. Contacting their customer care is seriously worse than a nightmare. Consider yourself lucky if your call gets connected to a customer care executive. However, even if your call gets through, all they do is give false assurances that your problem would be resolved by the end of the day but nobody ever turns up.
I’m really fed up with the zero sales support received from Kent, now this purifier has become totally useless for us. I’d definitely not recommend this product to anyone unless you are a mechanic yourself and know how to repair all the problems you might have to deal with this purifier at a later stage.
